half day all included tour for those who don’t want to spend
the entire day away from their hotel and yet want to experience
the largest city of the 10th largest province in the Dominican
Republic. You will see its people, culture, visit a cigar factory and
shop for excellent rum and coffee at locals. Your tour includes
also a visit famed Altos de Chavon artist village. Morning and
afternoon departures are available for your convenience.

Pick
up at your hotel between 8 & 8:30am for morning departures
or 2 & 2:30pm for afternoon tours. Travel in our comfortable
a/c buses with experienced drivers and bilingual guides.

a local market where you can purchase the excellent Dominican
rum and coffee, cocoa and cigars at great prices.
Visit
the La Romana Catholic Church in the center of town and city
park.

the Romana Cigar Factory where you can purchase at the source
and discounted authentic Dominican handmade cigars
Drive
through the city of La Romana, site of the largest sugar cane
mill in the world, with many photo ops.
Visit
the famous artist village of Altos de Chavon (http://altosdechavon.org/).
Discover the magnificent garden areas, its quaint shops, the
impressive Roman replica amphitheatre and the Taino Exhibit

the tour your experienced guide will be explaining detailed information
about the history of La Romana and Altos de Chavon.
